I never leave work on time! I sometimes work the whole weekend too. It took me ages to “allow” myself a holiday. I realised how wonderful and rejuvenating it was so now make sure I balance a little better than before, including taking weekends off, but I still work completely stupid hours.

Dear sharon, I am so sorry to hear that you went thrgouh pnd after princess A. There really isn’t enough support in the system for moms and I will add that its not just for first time moms, baby 2 and 3 can bring on pnd. Any moms out there who want a chat then pls contact me . I am not currently practising psychotherapy as I’m bringing up two babies, but I do want to support as many women out there. Moms- you are only human and no one can prepare you for baby.

Marek – yes i read this and also the comment that white girls were taught to drink and have sex…. One valid point is that the person that brought these people to justice was Muslim so clearly the majority of the community are not of the same mind as the perpetrators.

The most alarming comment I heard on this was on the BBC News who were doing street interviews in Bradford and a young Asian man suggested it wasn’t just the fault of the men “as it takes 2 to tango’”
